REFUND POLICY

At Rakshi Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online learning experiences. To ensure fairness for both our students and our academy, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing and enrolling in a course.

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

2. Processing Fee

For all eligible refund requests made within the 24-hour period, a ₹499 processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the total course fee.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Purpose of the Processing Fee

The ₹999 deduction covers administrative costs, payment gateway charges, and the expenses associated with providing immediate access to the course. This policy also helps protect against misuse of the refund policy.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

The refund request is made after the 24-hour refund period.

The student violates Rakshi Academy's Terms of Service or misuses the course content.

Any fraudulent or abusive use of the refund policy.
